Integrated Manufacturing Services

1. Precision Forging

Our forge shop utilizes modern drop-stroke friction screw presses ranging from 100 to 300 tons, supported by energy-efficient induction heating furnaces. This setup ensures uniform thermal heating, optimal grain alignment, and superior strength characteristics in every batch.

2. Advanced CNC Machining

Our secondary machining division houses high-speed CNC Turning Centers (handling up to 500 mm diameters), Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) with 4th-axis rotary capability, and twin-spindle machinery. Supported by Premier Gantry Robots and custom shop automation, we achieve high repeatable precision for complex geometries.

3. Sheet Metal Fabrication

Dedicated production lines for forming, pressing, and blanking custom sheet metal assemblies according to client drawings.

Forge Shop

  • done Friction Screw Press (Down Stroke): 100 Ton, 200 Ton, and 300 Ton capacities.
  • done Friction Screw Press (Up Stroke): 200 Ton capacity.
  • done Induction Furnaces: Inductech systems (50 kg/hr, 100 kg/hr, and 150 kg/hr outputs).
  • done Power Presses: 30 Ton and 50 Ton presses for trimming and piercing.
  • done Surface Finishing: Tumblast Shot Blasting machines and tumbling setups.
  • done Raw Material Cutting: Fully automatic Laxson and Cosen band saws capable of cutting bar diameters up to 200 mm.

  • done CNC Turning Centers: Ace Micromatic units (300 mm to 500 mm capacity).
  • done Multi-Axis VMCs: BFW VMC models equipped with UCAM 200 mm 4th-Axis Rotary Tables.

Quality Control & Testing Laboratory

Our quality control lab conducts stage-wise inspections during the production process using calibrated testing equipment:

  • done Dimensional Metrology: Trimos 2D Measuring System, Vernier Calipers (0–300 mm), Micrometers (0–200 mm), Bore Dial Gauges, and complete Thread Plug/Ring Gauges.
  • done Metallurgical & Surface Analysis: Inverted Metallurgical Microscope with Koehler lighting, Double Disc Variable-Speed Polishers, Hardness Testers, and Mitutoyo Surface Roughness Testers.
